Staged modernisation of systems that have to keep running every day while they change underneath.

Long-running platforms rarely get a rewrite window. This work is about changing them continuously and safely: establishing data ownership, restoring integrity, drawing module boundaries and sequencing migrations so the system works on every day of the programme.

The approach is deliberately incremental. Partial progress is retained if priorities shift, and there is no single cutover that has to go right.
